Book review on Screaming at the Ump
Have you ever read the book Screaming at the Ump by Audrey Vernick, if not you should. Screaming at the Ump is definitely one of the best books I’ve ever read!
Basically, Screaming at the Ump by Audrey Vernick is about a boy named Casey, his dad, his grandpa and Casey’s best friend Zeke running an umpire school. Once they finally get the camp up and running again they run into more problems for examples a divorce and trying to set up you suck ump day. Now you're probably wondering what you suck ump day is. Well, if you read this thrilling book you will be sure to find out!
Why I enjoyed this book so much is because it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. I also liked how creative the author was on keeping the story going with more dilemmas and problems along the way.Book review by: Evan
