T-Minus
When I first read T-Minus I knew it would be a quick read because it was a graphic novel with one-hundred or
so pages. I knew I would like this book because I usually read non-fiction that involves historical events. The book has engaging pictures and tells you if the rocket was successful or unsuccessful.
T-Minus is a Non-Fiction Sci-Fi based off of true events with imaginary people. The main character is C.C. a rocket designer for america. He works very hard to make new designs every day. The other main character Korolov is another rocket designer who works for the russians on different designs just like C.C. with the same job but different country. The book takes place at the beginning of the space race of the 60’s at the dawn of space travel. The book switches back between the russians and the americans and shows different point of views.
From the beginning to the end of the book there is non-stop action that tells you the failures. The author uses dialogue to tell you about the characters and what they are doing. The book’s pictures help you picture the setting and scenario. Overall I like the book and it is a very good read for anyone who enjoys Sci-Fi and graphic novels.
