I loved the book Knightley & Son by Rohan Gavin. It shows how kids can solve problems, even crimes. It also shows affection in family. It shows flaws in both father and son. It is a great realistic fiction book.
Knightley, a detective has been in an unexplainable trance. His son, Darkus, has taken over his business of solving crimes. All of the sudden, Knightley wakes from his mysterious trance. He says something about The Combination, then vanishes. This is a gripping fictional thriller that is a great book over all.
I loved this book because it was thrilling and ha a rich vocabulary. I learned a lot of words. It was fun to read. I think the moral of the story was family is important. They might make it a series!
